dṛśyatvāditi | yathā te grāhakatvādavacchinnasya dṛśyatvāt piṇḍaḥ śarīram, tathā mama caitanyātmano'navacchinnasya viśvameva dṛśyatvāccharīram | upanayasyārthāt siddhimabhisandadhāno nigamayati - siddhamiti | sarvasya hyayaṃ svānubhavasiddho'rthaḥ | yadā pratiniyataṃ nīlapītādi viśeṣarūpaṃ grāhyaṃ pratyunmukhī bhavati, tadāyaṃ grāhakaḥ svayamapyavacchinnaprakāśo bhavati | sa ca prakāśāvacchedo grāhyāvacchedopādhika eva | yadā punaḥ sarvameva vastu sāmānyato'nusandhatte, tadā caitanyātmako'navacchinnaprakāśo'yam, deśakālādiprakāśakasya deśakālādibhiravacchedāsambhavāt | atastadā dṛśyatvād viśvameva śarīram | yadi tathā na syāt, tadā grāhakapade piṇḍo'pi śarīraṃ na syād dṛśyatvāviśeṣāt | ato grāhakatvalakṣaṇaviśeṣavigalane tavāpi caitanyātmano viśvameva śarīramityupadiṣṭaṃ bhavati || 2 || nanu dṛśyatvamātraṃ dehatve na hetuḥ, api tvahantayā pratīyamānatvam | pratīyate ca piṇḍo'hantayā | viśvaṃ punaridantayā | ataḥ kathamuktārthasiddhirityata āha - sampanno'smi kṛśo'smi snihyatkaraṇo'smi modamāno'smi | prāṇimi śūnyo'smīti ca ṣaṭsu padeṣvasmitā dṛṣṭā || 3 || sampad gṛhakṣetrāderviṣayasya dharmaḥ, kārśyaṃ dehasya, snehaścakṣurāderindriyasya, modo'ntaḥkaraṇasya, prāṇanaṃ vāyoḥ, śūnyatā suṣuptapadasya māyāparyāyasya | eṣu viṣayādiṣu ṣaṭsu padeṣu, asmitā dṛṣṭā ahamabhimānastavāpi svānubhavasiddhaḥ | itthañca sati yadā dehabāhyatvenābhimate viṣaye'hamabhimānaḥ, tadā dṛśyatvād viṣayo'pi śarīram | yadā tu nāhamabhimānaḥ, tadā dehendriyādyapi na śarīram | ataḥ piṇḍe'smitā tadbahirbhūte vastunīdanteti yadvaiṣamyamāśaṅkitaṃ tadavimarśamātrakṛto vipralambha eveti bhāvaḥ || 3 || nanu tathāpi pratiniyateṣu viṣayādiṣu vastuṣu ṣaṭsu asmitā dṛśyate, na sarvatretyata āha - viṣayaśarīrendriyadhīprāṇanirodhaprasiddhyadasmitvām | itthaṃ citimakhile'dhvani dhārayato viśvadehatvam || 4 || (p. 3) viṣayādiṣu ṣaṭsu yeyamasmitā prasidhyati sā citerevopapadyate, na tu grāhakasya, tasya śūnyapade nimagnatvāt | itthaṃ ṣaṭsu padeṣu prasiddhyadasmitvāṃ citiṃ yadi akhile'dhvani dhārayasi ṣaḍātmanīva sarvatraiva śivādau dharaṇyante vastuni nityaśuddhāmeva pratyabhijñāṃ dārḍhyenānusandhatse, tadā tavāpi viśvadehatvaṃ pratyabhijñāviṣayo bhaviṣyatīti śeṣaḥ | uktanayena ṣaṭsu padeṣvasmitā citereva na grāhakasya | citeścānavacchinnaprakāśātmanaḥ pratiniyateṣvasmitā nopapadyate, upapadyate ca sarvatraiva | tāmimāṃ citeḥ sarvatraiva nityasiddhāmasmitāṃ pratipattidārḍhyena yadyavamṛśasi, tadā te nityasiddhameva viśvaśarīratvaṃ pratyabhijñātaṃ syāditi tātparyam || 4 || nanūktanayena sarva eva loko viśvaśarīraḥ prāptaḥ | na ca tathā dṛśyate, piṇḍamātre'hantāyāḥ pariniṣṭhānāt | ataḥ pratyakṣasiddhametad dehe'bhimantṛtvaṃ kathamanyathayituṃ śakyata ityata āha - utkramya viśvato'ṅgāt tadbhāgaikatanuniṣṭhitāhantaḥ | kaṇṭhaluṭhatprāṇa iva vyaktaṃ jīvanmṛto lokaḥ || 5 || viśvato'ṅgāt śarīrabhūtādviśvasmādeva śivādervastuna utkramya anutkrāntaḥ sannapi svāvimarśenotkrānta iva bhūtvā tadbhāgaikatanuniṣṭhitāhantastadantarbhūtāyāṃ kasyāñcidekasyāṃ tanau suranaratiryagātmikāyāṃ dṛḍhaprarūḍhāhambhāvaḥ, ata eva kaṇṭhaluṭhatprāṇa iva loko vyaktaṃ jīvanmṛto jantujātametajjivanmṛtakalpaṃ satyaṃ vartata eva | na tatrāpalāpaḥ kaścit | tatra heturvicāryamāṇaḥ svāvimarśalakṣaṇā māyaiva | vimarśe tu labdhe sarvo viśvaśarīraḥ śiva eva || 5 || yata itthamataḥ - dehe'smitayā yadvajjaḍayorāsphālanaṃ mitho bāhvoḥ | icchāmātreṇetthaṃ giryorapi tadvaśājjagati || 6 || grāhakābhimāninaste dehe'smitayā mithaḥ karayorāsphālanaṃ yathecchāmātreṇa, tathā caitanyātmano mama jagatyasmitayā giryorāsphālanamicchāvaśādeva pravartate | dehe dṛḍho'hamabhiniveśa icchā cetīyadeva hi te karāsphālane hetuḥ, na tu hetvantaraṃ kiñcit | tathā mamāpi jagati dṛḍho'hamityabhiniveśa icchā ceti giryāsphālane hetuḥ | ato jagatyahamabhiniveśaśaithilyādeva tavaitadanaiśvaryam | taddārḍhyena tu nityasiddhamevaiśvaryaṃ tavāpyāvirbhaviṣyatītyabhiprāyaḥ || 6 || nanu asmitecchāmātraṃ cetīyatā na karāsphālanasiddhimanupaśyāmaḥ, api tu binduprāṇādiceṣṭālakṣaṇāyāṃ satyāmeva sāmagryām | ataḥ kathamuktārthopapattirityata āha - binduṃ prāṇaṃ śaktiṃ mana indriyamaṇḍalaṃ śarīraṃ ca | āviśya ceṣṭayantīṃ dhāraya sarvatra cāhantām || 7 || binduḥ grāhakagrahaṇādipratītiviśeṣodayādarvāktanī svarasavāhinī sāmānyabhūtā sūkṣmāhaṃpratītiḥ | prāṇo'bhimānādhyavasāyādyantaḥkaraṇakṣobhaheturasuḥ | śaktipadena buddhyahaṃkārau parigṛhītau, tayoradhyavasāyābhimānapratītyātmanoḥ śaktirūpatvāt | ṣaḍetān bindvādīnarthān āviśya ceṣṭayantīṃ svasaṃsparśalavamahimnā parispandayantīm ahantāṃ sarvatra dhāraya | yena dehe dṛḍhapratipattyā dhārayasi, tenaiva ca nayena yadi sarvatra dhārayasi, tadā tavedṛśyaḥ siddhayo nityasiddhā eva sthitā iti bhāvaḥ || 7 || nanu yeyamahantā, sā bhāvanāmātrapariniṣpannavikāsā, na punarīśvaratvakartṛtvādidharmotkarṣaśālinyanubhūyate | ataḥ kathamevaṃvidhasiddhisambhava ityanāsthāṃ śamayitumāha - īśvaratā kartṛtvaṃ svatantratā citsvarūpatā ceti | ete'hantāyāḥ kila paryāyāḥ sadbhirucyate || 8 || yeyaṃ tvayā'hantā pratyabhijñātā saiva īśvaratā saiva ca kartṛtvaṃ svātantryaṃ cinmayatvaṃ ca | yo yaḥ śāstreṣvīśvaratvādiḥ siddhyatiśayaḥ, sa sarvo'pyahantāmaya eva | ata īśvaratvādayaḥ paryāyā vācakāḥ | anenāhantāyāmīśvaratvādyananubhavanibandhanā yeyamanāsthā sā nirastā, yathā yathā pratyabhijñānadārḍhyaṃ tathā tathā nityasiddhānāmīśvaratvakartṛtvādīnāṃ vibhūtīnāmāvirbhāva ityāsūtritaṃ ceti śivam || 8 || iti virūpākṣapañcāśikāyāṃ vivṛtisametāyāṃ viśvaśarīratvavivecanaskandhaḥ prathamaḥ || atha dvitīyaḥ skandhaḥ itthaṃ prathamaskandhena viśvaśarīratvaṃ pratipādyedānīṃ dehadehibhāvādibhedabhramabādhanāya prakāśasya vaiśvātmyaṃ dvitīyaskandha ārabhyate | tatra grāhakatvādiviśeṣavigalanena sāmānyarūpā yeyaṃ svarasavāhinī citiḥ, neyam ahamiti pratīyate, ataḥ kathamiyamahantetyāśaṅkyāha - pratyavamarśātmāsau citiḥ svarasavāhinī parā vāg yā | ādyantapratyāhṛtavarṇagaṇā satyahantā sā || 9 || pratyavamarśātmā vimarśasvabhāvā | asau sarvasyaiva svānubhavasiddhatvād asāvityadhyakṣatayā nirdeṣṭumucitā | citiḥ vigalitacetyoparāgā cetanasya svarūpeṇāvasthitiḥ | svarasavāhinī nirodhakābhāvādaniśaṃ sphuradrūpā | sā vimarśamayatvād vāk | tatrāpi svarūpajyotiṣṭvenaiva prakāśanāt svarūpavyatiriktapaśyantyādirūpā neyam, api tu paraiva, yadāgamaḥ - svarūpajyotirevāntaḥ sūkṣmā vāganapāyinī (vā. pa. svo. 1/142) iti | śuddhavāgrūpatvād yeyaṃ varṇātmikā, sā pratyāhārayuktyā gṛhītābhyāmakārahakārābhyāmahanteti nirucyate, na punarahamiti pratīyamānatayaiveyamahantā || 9 || nanvahantā nāmāhamo dharmaḥ | sa ko'nya upalabhyate, yaḥ pratyavamarśarūpacitivyatirikto'haṃvyapadeśamarhatītyata āha - svaparāvabhāsanakṣama ātmā viśvasya yaḥ prakāśo'sau | ahamiti sa eka ukto'hantā sthitirīdṛśī tasya || 10 || svaṃ niṣkṛṣṭaprakāśātmakaṃ paraṃ ca pratyavamarśādinīlāntamavabhāsayituṃ śaktaścetanācetanātmakasya jagataḥ svātmabhūto yo'yamasti prakāśaḥ, sa deśakālādibhedakānāṃ svātmanyasambhavād eko'dvitīyaḥ sannāgameṣu ahamiti āmnātaḥ | yasya samanantaranirūpitacarī pratyavamarśātmikā daśaiva ahantā | atrāyamāśayaḥ - yo'yaṃ pratyavamarśādinīlāntasya vedyasyāvabhāsako vedanaikasvabhāvaḥ sarvapramitibhāk prakāśo nāsau svayamiti para iti vā vyapadeśamarhati, tayorvedyatvāt | ataḥ sa eka eva, tasya bhedakasya pramāṇasyāsambhavāt | tasya pratyāhṛtābhyāmakārahakārābhyāmahamityuktirāgameṣu | tatrāpi yadyapi aheti prakṛtimātramarthavat, tathāpi kevalāyāḥ prakṛtervyavahārānarhatvādahamiti pratyayasadhrīcīnatayā vyavahāraḥ | tasya kāraṇātāyāṃ yeyamudbhūtapratyavamarśatā sā'hanteti || 10 || (p. 6) nanvidamiti vedyam, ahamityahaṃpratyayātmako grāhakaḥ, samanantaranirūpitaḥ prakāśaśceti tritayamupalabhāmahe | kathamuktārthasiddhirityata āha - vicchinnāviccchinne idamityahamityubhe prathe tasya | ābhāsyābhāsakatāṃ sphuṭayantyau cetyacitpadayoḥ || 11 || tasya nirūpitasya prakāśasya dharmabhūte dve prathe bhavataḥ - ekā vicchinnā mitho vyāvṛttirūpā idamityevamātmikā, anyā tvavicchinnā idaṃprathāpekṣayā'nuvṛttā | tatredaṃprathā cetyapade ābhāsyatāṃ sphuṭayati, ahaṃprathā tvābhāsakatāṃ citpade | idamprathā hi nīlamidaṃ pītamidamiti parasparavyāvṛttirūpā | nahi tasyāmaprasṛtāyāṃ nīlādāvābhāsyatā prakāśate | ahamprathā tu nīlaṃ pītaṃ ca vedmītyanuvṛttirūpā | tatprathanaikanibandhanamābhāsakatvaṃ citpade || 11 || evaṃ sthite - ekaḥ sa ātmanāsau nahi kramo'stīha deśakālābhyām | bhedini mithaḥ sa muktaścetye bhedāśrayaḥ khalu saḥ || 12 || sa prakāśa ātmanā eko'dvitīya eva, na tu prakāśo grāhakaśceti dvirūpaḥ | nanvihedānīṃ grāhako'smīti deśataḥ kālataśca kramo'sti | kathamaikyamityāśaṅkyāha - nahi kramo'stīha deśakālābhyām | atra prakāśe deśakālanibandhanaḥ kramo bhedo nāsti | tatra hetuḥ - cetye mitho bhedini sa yuktaḥ | idaṃ nīlam idaṃ pītamiti bhedaśālini cetye nīlaṃ pītaṃ ca vedmīti sa yukto'nuvṛttaḥ | etadeva hṛdayaṅgamīkaroti - bhedāśrayaḥ khalu saḥ | cetyadharmasya bhedasyāśraya eva hyayam | bhedo hi nāma vyāvṛttarūpatā | abhedo'nuvṛttarūpatā | deśakālakṛto bhedaścetya evāsti | tadbhedāśrayabhūte citpade bhedabhramastadupādhinibandhana eva || 12 || uktanayena svarūpanirūpaṇe na bhedaḥ kaścit prakāśagrāhakayoḥ | atha vedyamapi nirūpyamāṇaṃ na prakāśād bhinnamupapadyata ityabhiprāyeṇāha - svāṅge cidgaganātmani dugdhodanibhaḥ svaśaktilaharīṇām | sambhedavibhedābhyāṃ sṛjati dhvaṃsayati caiṣa jagat || 13 || eṣa eva prakāśaḥ svāṅge svasvarūpe bhittibhūte cidgaganātmani anavacchinnacinmaye svaśaktīnāṃ sambhedavibhedābhyāṃ khecaryādirūpāṇāṃ svaraśmīnāṃ sambhedena ekārthagrahaṇonmukhatayā jagad śivādi sṛjati avabhāsayati vibhedena, vijñātārthavaimukhyena dhvaṃsayati saṃharati ca, yathodadhirlaharīṇāṃ sambhedena taraṅgabudbudādīni sṛjati vibhedena ca (p. 7) saṃharati | śivādivastugrahaṇādarvāgghi gaganakalpā cidevāsti | avabibhāsayiṣāyāṃ tu khecarīgocaryādikrameṇa śaktīnāmekakāryaparatayā bahirmukhībhāvalakṣaṇena sambhedena sṛjati | vimṛṣṭe vastuni tābhireva kāraṇalayakrameṇa pratyagbhāvarūpaṃ cidbhedamupāgatābhiḥ saṃharati | tāḥ śaktayastacca jagat prakāśabahirbhūtatayā nāstīti pratipattidārḍhyāya prakāśasyodadhitvena śaktīnāṃ laharītvenārthasāmarthyācca jagatastaraṅgāditvena rūpaṇaṃ kṛtam | tato jagat tadbhedastatkāraṇabhūtāḥ śaktayaśca vimṛśyamānāḥ prakāśa evetyupapāditaṃ bhavati || 13 || yato grāhyādi na kiñcit pṛthagasti vastu, sarvātmakatayā prakāśa evāsti, ato grāhyādibhedabhramasaṃskāronmūlanāya citirevoktayuktipratyabhijñātā dārḍhyapratipattyā bhāvanīyetyāha - rūpādipañcaviṣayātmani bhogyahṛṣīkabhoktṛrūpe'smin | jagati prasaradanantasvaśakticakrā citirbhāvyā || 14 || yadetad bhogyatatsādhanabhoktṛrūpaṃ viśvam, tad vicāryamāṇaṃ rūpādipañcaviṣayātmakameva bhavati | tathā hi yadā rūpaṃ bhogyatvena viṣayo bhavati, tadā tadgrahaṇasādhakaṃ cakṣustadātmakaṃ grahītā ca tādrūpyamāpadyate | itthaṃ rasādiṣvapīti bhogyahṛṣīkabhoktṛrūpe'smin jagati prasaradanantasvaśakticakrā vyāpriyamāṇanānāvidharaśmipuñjā citirbhāvanīyā | anena vastūnāmānantyamiti, ānantyād bhāvanaṃ duśśakamiti, cidvyatiriktatvamevaiṣāṃ ceti ye bhramāste nirastāḥ || 14 || itthaṃ jagat pañcadhā saṃkṣipya cidātmakatvaṃ cāvasthāpya punarbhāvanālāghavāya tridhā saṃkṣipyopadiśati cidātmakatvam - somaravivahnilakṣaṇabhogyendriyabhoktṛbhānapiṇḍātmā | bindurvimarśadharmā ṣaṇṇāmeko'dhvanāṃ prāṇaḥ || 15 || bhogyaṃ somalakṣaṇaṃ parāgrūpatvāt | indriyāṇi ravilakṣaṇāni parākpratyagātmakatvāt | bhoktā vahnilakṣaṇaḥ pratyagekasvabhāvatvāt | etattritayātmakameva viśvam, na vyatiriktaṃ kiñcit | eṣāṃ bhogyādīnāṃ yo bhānapiṇḍo bhogyatvādiviśeṣavigalanena sāmānyātmakaṃ bhānaṃ tadvimarśamayaṃ sa bindurucyate | sa bindureka eva ṣaṇṇāmadhvanāṃ prāṇaḥ udayaviśrāntihetutvādātmabhūtaḥ | somādyabhimāninīnāṃ tisṛṇāṃ devatānāṃ pāramārthikaṃ svarūpaṃ vicāryamāṇaṃ bhogyāditrayātmakameva, na tu tallīlāvigrahamaṇḍalādisvarūpam, maṇḍalādervedyarūpatvenendriyatvabhoktṛtvānupapatteḥ | bhogyādeśca bhogyādiviśeṣarūpeṇa pratīyamānasya nirviśeṣapratītyātmako binduḥ prāṇa iti bindoreva vikṛtiḥ ṣaḍvidho'yamadhvā || 15 || (p. 8) etadeva viśadīkartumāha - vyaktaṃ hi padārthātmakamidaṃ jagannityameva tallagnam | śaktyātmakamavyaktaṃ tatraiva punarnimajjati ca || 16 || jagadetad dvividhaṃ sthūlaṃ sūkṣmaṃ ca | sthūlaṃ vyaktamucyate | sūkṣmaṃ ca śaktirucyate | tatra padārthātmakaṃ yadetad vyaktaṃ jagad tad nityameva tallagnam udayādidaśāsu sarvadā binduśaktilagnameva | yat punaravyaktaṃ śaktyātmakam, tadapi tatra nimajjati | sthūlatayā sūkṣmatayā vā pratīyamānaṃ yadyāvadasti jagat, tat sarvaṃ pratyavamarśātmakacitibahirbhāvena nopapadyate, jalabahirbhāvena taraṅgādivaditi yāvat || 16 || atha yeyaṃ citiḥ, tāmeva nānāvidhasiddhyapekṣayā vividheti parikalpya kecidupāsate, na punarupāsyaṃ vastvantaramastītyata āha - ṣoḍaśadhainaṃ navadhā ṣoḍhā bhindantyatha tridhā ca budhāḥ | ādhārabhedalakṣyaṃ bahusiddhikaraṃ ca setsyantaḥ || 17 || enam upapāditarūpaṃ bindum ādhārabhedalakṣyaṃ ṣoḍaśādyātmanā bhinneṣvādhāreṣu lakṣyatvena parikḷptam | ata eva bahusiddhikaram ādhārabhedopādhinā siddhivaividhyāvahaṃ setsyantaḥ sādhakāḥ ṣoḍaśadhā bhindanti ādhāraṣoḍaśake ṣoḍaśātmeti bhāvayanti, tathā navadhā ṣoḍhā tridhā ca | asya ṣoḍaśādirūpeṇa bhedena ādhārāṇāṃ ṣoḍaśādibhedayoga upādhiḥ, svarūpe bhedāsambhavāt | setsyanta iti vadato'yamabhiprāyaḥ - alabdhaitatsvarūpapratyabhijñānasiddhayo mitayogina evaivaṃ bhedenopāsate, na tu siddhāḥ | te tu cidaikyapratipattidārḍhyalakṣaṇajīvanmuktyekarasāściti- maikātmyenaiva santatamupāsate || 17 || athānvayavyatirekābhyāmaṇḍasya bhāvābhāvarūpaṃ binduṃ mārtāṇḍatvena nirbruvan sa tvamevetyupadiśati yugalakena - yasya vimarśasya kaṇaḥ padamantrārṇātmakastridhā śabdaḥ | padatattvakalātmārtho dharmiṇa itthaṃ prakāśasya || 18 || svena vinā mṛtamaṇḍaṃ svāveśabalena jīvayannekaḥ | mārtāṇḍaḥ paramo'sau paranabhasi na kiṃ tvayā dṛṣṭaḥ || 19 || yasya vimarśasyeti vaiyadhikaraṇyam | itthaṃ prakāśasya dharmiṇo dharmitvenaivamupapāditasya prakāśasya dharmabhūto yo vimarśo'hanteti niruktacaraḥ, tasya kaṇoṃ'śamātramayaṃ varṇapadamantrātmakatayā tattvabhuvanakalātmakatayā ca pratisvaṃ traividhyāt (p. 9) ṣaḍātmakaḥ śabdārtharūpo'dhvā | asau paramo mārtāṇḍo yasya dharmiṇa iti yaḥ parāmṛṣṭacaraḥ prakāśaḥ, asāvevāparasya laukikasya mārtāṇḍasya prakāśakatvāt paramo mārtāṇḍaḥ | kathamasya mārtāṇḍatā | svena vinā svasya viśvonmukhībhāvamantareṇa mṛtamaṇḍaṃ nimiṣitameva | tacchivādi viśvaṃ svāveśabalena svasyaitadunmukhībhāvamahimnā yato jīvayati unmeṣayati | īdṛśo'sau mārtāṇḍaḥ paranabhasi bhautikasya nabhaso'vacchedakatvāt pare hṛdayākāśe tvayā na kiṃ dṛṣṭaḥ | kimiti niṣedhakākvā darśanābhāvaṃ kālatraye'pi nirasyati | yo'sau prakāśarūpo mṛtasyāṇḍasyānuprāṇanāt paramo mārtāṇḍaḥ, sa paranabhovyapadeśayoginyabhivyaktisthāne hṛdaye tvayā sarvadā dṛśyata eva, tasyādarśane vastvantaradarśanāsambhavāt | ato hṛdayāvacchinnatayaiva pratīyamāno ya.yamanavacchinnaste prakāśaḥ, sa eva tvamiti pratyabhijñāpitamiti || 18-19 || pratyabhijñātasya viśvotpādakatvaṃ vivicya darśayati - cidgaganakṣīrodaṃ svayamicchāmandareṇa saṃkṣobhya | tacchaktivīcibhirasāvutthāpayatīndumaṇḍākhyam || 20 || anavacchinnacinmayamabdhiṃ svayaṃ svātantryeṇaiva icchāmandareṇa saṃkṣobhya avabibhāsayiṣālakṣaṇena giriṇā kāryonmukhatāṃ nītvā tacchaktivīcibhiḥ khecaryādirūpasvaśaktirūpairevormibhiraṇḍākhyamindu- mutthāpayati svecchāvaśataḥ svābhinnameva viśvaṃ svabhittāveva tvamiti pratyabhijñāpitaḥ prakāśo'vabhāsayatītyarthaḥ || 20 || athāṇḍasyāvāntarakakṣyā vibhāgenopanyasya svātmabhittilagnatāṃ svānubhavasākṣikatayā darśayati - śaktirmāyā prakṛtiḥ pṛthvīti caturvibhāgamaṇḍaṃ yat | yaśca vibhāgo'sya punarbahudhā sarvaṃ sthitaṃ mayi tat || 21 || śaktirbinduḥ | tena kāraṇena śuddhādhvalakṣaṇaṃ kāryamupalakṣyate, māyayā miśrādhvātmakam, prakṛtyā śuddhetarātmakam, pṛthivyā sthūlabhogyabhogāyatanādi | iti caturvibhāgaṃ yadaṇḍaṃ yaścāsya vibhāgo bhuvanādirūpaḥ, tat sarvaṃ mayi sthitaṃ parasminneva prakāśe vartate | sthitamiti bhūtārthatāyāmavivakṣā, sthitestraikālikatvād iti śivam || 21 || iti virūpākṣapañcāśikāyāṃ vivṛtisametāyāṃ prakāśaikātmyavivecanaskandho dvitīyaḥ || atha tṛtīyaḥ skandhaḥ (p. 10) iyatā sandarbheṇa viśvātmakatvamātmano yuktyanubhavopapannatayā pratipāditam | atha niścitasya vaiśvātmyasyāsambhāvanayā viparītabhāvanayā voparāgo mā bhūditi tṛtīyaskandha ārabhyate | tatra mayi sthitamiti kathanenādhārādheyabhāvalakṣaṇena yo'yaṃ bhedaḥ pratītaḥ, taṃ vyatīhāreṇa nirasyati - ahameko'nastamitaprakāśarūpo'smi tejasāṃ tamasām | antaḥ sthito mamāntastejāṃsi tamāṃsi caikasya || 22 || anastamitaprakāśarūpo nityoditaprakāśamayaḥ eko'dvitīyaḥ tejasāṃ tejastvenābhimatānāṃ buddhyādikaraṇānāmarkādijyotiṣāṃ ca antaḥ sthito'smi prakāśamānatvena teṣāmantarātmatayā'hamasmi | tathā tamastvena prakāśamānatvāt tamasāṃ bindumāyādīnāṃ cāntaḥ sthito'smi | prakāśātmani mayyantaravasthite tejastejastayā tamastamastayā ca cakāsyādityāśayaḥ | tāni tejāṃsi tamāṃsi ca mamāntaḥ sthitāni prakāśātmako'hameka eva bhāvābhāvātmakajagadrūpatayā parisphurāmi | ato na bhedasyāśaṅkitasyāvakāśaḥ kaściditi bhāvaḥ || 22 || itthaṃ grāhakasāmānyāpekṣayā grāhyāpekṣayā ca citerevābhedamupapādya sa tvam aham iti triskandhakasyābhāsasya bhedābhāvaṃ vivecayitumāha - prathamo madhyama uttama iti puruṣā bhedinastrayo'pi mithaḥ | mattastu mahāpuruṣāt pratyavamarśātmano na bahiḥ || 23 || saḥ tvam aham iti vijātīyavyapadeśayogād mitho bhedinaḥ parasparavyāvṛttarūpā ya ete prathamo madhyama uttama iti trayaḥ puruṣāḥ, sarva evaite pratyavamarśātmano'nuvṛttatayā mahāpuruṣānmatto na bahiḥ madvyatiriktaṃ na tattvāntaram | ya ete prathamādayaḥ puruṣāste mitho vyāvṛttarūpā api pratyavamarśātmakamadāyattasargāpavargatvād madbhittau madekātmatayā pratīyamānatvācca na madbahiḥ || 23 || nanu prathamamadhyamapuruṣapratiyogitvena ahamityavacchidyase, anavacchinnaprakāśātmakaścāsi | itthaṃ bhede kathamaikātmyamityata āha - yuṣmaccheṣāpohavadahamiti yadbhāti bhinnamiha rūpam | tadidaṃ bhāgavibhedo na tvahameko'smi yannityam || 24 || (p. 11) yuṣmadapohavaccheṣāpohavacca madhyamaprathamapuruṣābhyāṃ vyāvṛttamityarthaḥ | ata eva bhinnaṃ tadubhayapratiyogi yadetad ahamiti rūpaṃ bhāti | tadidaṃ bhāgavibhedaḥ sa itivat tvamitivacca mamāṃśaviśeṣaḥ kaścit, na tvahaṃ na tu me pāramārthikaṃ svarūpam | tatra hetuḥ - eko'smi yannityaṃ nityam anavacchinnaprakāśaikaghano'smi yataḥ | prakāśaikātmakatvamanavacchinnatvāt sadātanaṃ sat tāttvikaṃ me svarūpam | ahamiti tu rūpamavacchinnatvādāgantukaṃ sat sa ityādivadaṃśaviśeṣa eveti bhāvaḥ || 24 || yathā caivaṃ grāhako viśeṣato vivicyamāno'pi mamaivāṃśaḥ, tathā grāhyamapi viśeṣato vivicyamānaṃ mamaiva śaktiprasara ityāha - dyāvāpṛthivīdeśaḥ kālo'ho rātririti yayoḥ prasaraḥ | te bhānatirodhikṛtī śaktī me bhāvavṛndasya || 25 || dyau pṛthivī ceti yo'yaṃ deśaḥ, yaścāho rātriśceti kālaḥ, tadetat kroḍīkṛtagrāhyāntaraṃ grāhyadvayaṃ yayoreva prasaraḥ, te bhāvavṛndasya bhānatirodhāne mamaiva śaktī | sarvasyaivārthajātasya yad bhānaṃ yacca tirodhānaṃ te hi mamaiva śaktī | śaktisambheda eva khalu me padārthānāṃ bhānan, vibheda eva tirodhānamityuktaṃ prāk svaśaktilaharīṇām sambhedavibhedābhyāṃ sṛjati dhvaṃsayati ca (13 ślo.) iti | itthaṃ ca bhāvānāṃ bhānatirodhānarūpe ye ete śaktī, tayoreva prasarabhūto'yaṃ deśaḥ kālaśca bhāvapratiyogitayā abhāvapratiyogitayā ca sthitaḥ | sa madbahirbhāvena nāstītyarthaḥ || 25 || bhānatirodhānābhyāṃ yat kṛtyāntaramupalakṣitam, tad viśeṣato vivicya darśayati - dhūmāvatī tirodhau puṣṭau hlādā ca bhāsvatī bhāne | kṣobhe ca parispandā vyāptau vibhvīti śaktayaḥ pañca || 26 || dhūmāvatīti me śaktiḥ prathame, puṣṭau āpyāyane hlādākhyā, avabhāsane bhāsvatī, kṣobhe parispandane spandākhyā, vyāptau vibhvīti pañca me śaktayaḥ || 26 || śaktīnāmapratyakṣatvāt kāryamukhenaiva svarūpaniścaya ityabhipretya kāryamukhenaiva tā nirūpayati - dhūmāvatī pṛthivyāṃ hlādāpsu śucau tu bhāsvatī prathate | vāyau spandā vibhvī nabhasi vyāptaṃ jagat tābhiḥ || 27 || (p. 12) itthaṃ ca sati jagat ṣaḍadhvātmakaṃ viśvametābhirvyāptaṃ mamaiva dhūmāvatyādibhiḥ pañcabhiḥ śaktibhiḥ kroḍīkṛtam | anena sarvadā pañcakṛtyakāritvaṃ cidātmano darśitamiti mantavyam | tathā hi - avabhāsanaṃ sṛṣṭiḥ, sthāpanaṃ kṣobhaḥ saṃharaṇaṃ tirodhānaṃ svaśabdenaivoktam | vyāptiranugrahaḥ || 27 || evamābhāsanādibhirniṣpāditaṃ jagadvimarśaśaktisparśamātreṇa prakāśaikārṇavatāmāpadyata ityāha - nijadharmiṇam ityādibhiḥ kārtsnyenāviṣṭamiva ityantaiścaturbhiḥ ślokaiḥ - nijadharmiṇaṃ prakāśaṃ svarūpayantī prakāśyavargasya | śaktirvimarśarūpā śarīrayatyakhilamasya mama || 28 || vimarśarūpā mama śaktiḥ pratyavamarśarūpiṇīyaṃ citiḥ, akhilaṃ mama śarīrayati śivādidharaṇyantaṃ viśvaṃ madekātmatāmāpādayati | kīdṛśī ? nijadharmiṇaṃ dharmabhūtāyāḥ svasyodayalayādibhittibhūtamāśrayaṃ prakāśam upalabdhyekarūpaṃ caitanyaṃ prakāśyavargasya svarūpayantī jñeyajātasya tāttvikasvarūpatvena vyavasthāpayantī sarvasyaivāsya vedyajātasya paryante nirbādhamavaśiṣyamāṇaṃ svarūpaṃ prakāśa eveti svānubhavasākṣikamupadarśayantī memeyaṃ vimarśarūpā citiśaktirakhilametacchivādikamadhvānaṃ madīyamevāpādayati || 28 || tathāhi - jñātṛjñānajñeyātmakamakhilaṃ madvimarśavahniśikhā | dagdhvā prakāśarūpaṃ śubhraṃ bhasmāvaśeṣayati || 29 || madvimarśavahniśikhā vimarśo'yaṃ sarvātmavyāpakena rūpeṇa sarvādhvavyāpakajvālātvena pratīyate | mamāyamīdṛśo vimarśo jñātṛjñānajñeyātmakam akhilaṃ dagdhvā jñātṛtvādiviśeṣāṃśāṃstatkṣaṇamevopamṛdya prakāśarūpaṃ prakāśasāmānyātmakaṃ śubhram akṛtrimānandaghanatvāt kleśādibhirakaluṣitaṃ bhasma sanmātrāṃ vibhūtim avaśeṣayati tadekārṇavīkaroti || 29 || nanu vimarśasamanantarameva vedyāṃśe bhedalaya iti yuktam | grāhakāṃśe tu vimarśanakriyākarturbhedenāvasthānānna kadācid bhedakalānivṛttirityata āha - akaṭhoramadvimarśajvālāgraste tirodhimad bhānam | aṅgāravadiva bhasma prathate tatrāṇuvargasya || 30 || tatra jñātṛjñānādyātmani prakrānte'khile akaṭhoramadvimarśajvālāgraste ahaṃ vimṛṣṭavānityahamaṃśe bhedāvaśeṣaṇād anatiprakāśitadāhaśaktinā madvimarśenākrānte sati aṇuvargasya bhānaṃ grāhakavargasyāvaśiṣṭā ahamiti pratītiḥ | kīdṛk ? tirodhimad (p. 13) upasaṃhṛtavedyatayā vedyāṃśāvinābhūtaprasareṇa bhedenācchāditam aṅgāravad bhasmeva prathate antasthitasūkṣmaṅgārabhasitarāśikalpatayā pratīyate || 30 || yadi sa eva dāhastīvrastadā paśyetyāha - kārtsnyenāviṣṭamivāraṇyapurādyagninā mayāpi jagat | citramavadhūya bhedaṃ nanu gṛhṇātyekarūpatvam || 31 || mayā sarvabhedopasaṃharaṇaikasvabhāvavimarśātmanā kārtsnyenāviṣṭaṃ niśśeṣato vimṛṣṭaṃ jagad etacchivādibhūmyantam agninā kārtsnyenāviṣṭamaraṇyapurādikamiva citraṃ nānāvidhaṃ bhedam avāntaraviśeṣam avadhūya svātmani nimagnaṃ kṛtvā ekarūpatvaṃ gṛhṇāti prakāśaikaghanībhavati | nanvityanenāsya sarvānubhavasiddhatāmāviṣkaroti || 31 || kārtsnyena vimarśāviṣṭe jagati sarvabhedabhramopaśamo bhavatītyuktam | tameva kārtsnyenāveśaprakāraṃ vivicya darśayati - antarmukhaṃ svarūpaṃ jñeyasya jñānamasya tu jñātā | jñānasya jñātṛtanościtirekā'syāstvahaṃ nānyaḥ || 32 || iha hi bhāvānāṃ dve svarūpe bhavato bahirmukhamantarmukhaṃ ca | tatrādyaṃ sthūlaṃ vyāvṛttamapāramārthikaṃ ca | yat punarantarmukhaṃ tat sūkṣmamanuvṛttarūpaṃ pāramārthikaṃ ca | itthaṃ sthite jñeyasya ghaṭāderyad antarmukhaṃ pāramārthikaṃ svarūpaṃ tad ghaṭa iti jñānameva, bāhyākārasya tata evodayāt, tadbhittilagnatvenaivāvasthānāt, tatraiva ca layāt, asya tu jñātā ghaṭajñānasyāpi tadudayasthitinidānabhūto grāhaka evābhimantṛtārūpo'ntarmukhaṃ rūpam | jñānasya jñātṛtanościtirekā uktanayena jñeyāvibhedino jñātṛtāmāpannasya pratyavamarśarūpā citirevāntaratamaṃ tattvam | asyāstvahaṃ nānyaḥ citerapi pratyavamarśalakṣaṇāyāḥ pratyavamarśāṃśanimajjane niṣkṛṣṭaprakāśātmakaḥ ahamiti sa eka uktaḥ (10 slo.) iti nirūpitacaro'hameva kāṣṭhāprāptaṃ tattvam, nānyaḥ kaścinmadvyatirikto'rthaḥ | indriyārthasampātasamanantaramayaṃ ghaṭa iti yo'yaṃ vikalpa utpadyate, tadutpatterarvāg ghaṭasya ghaṭatvena vā vastvantaratvena vā vyapadeṣṭumaśakyatvād jñeyasyāntarmukhaṃ svarūpaṃ jñānameva | jñānasyāpi jñātrekāyattodayalayasya jñātaivāntaratamaṃ rūpam, jñāturapyanenaiva nayena citireva | citerapyahamevaiko'nupacaritaṃ tattvam | itthaṃ kārtsnyena vimarśāgnyāveśe nirvivādamekasvarūpatvaṃ grāhyādīnāṃ prakāśena sahetyupadiṣṭaṃ bhavati || 32 || itthaṃ jñeyāditrayasya prakāśāpekṣayā bhedābhāvamupapādya mitho'pi na bhedaḥ kaściditi vivecayati - (p. 14) akramatā me kramikaṃ jñātrādyaṃ sakramākramā tu citiḥ | madvad jñātā jñānaṃ śaktiriva tritayavad jñeyam || 33 || akramatā me nikṛṣṭaprakāśaparamārthasya mama cityādicatuṣṭayāpekṣayā svāpekṣayā cākramatvameva, sarvānusyūtarūpatayā vyāvṛttilavasyāpyasambhavāt | kramikaṃ jñātrādyaṃ jñātā jñānaṃ jñeyamiti mitho vyāvṛttarūpatayā pratītestritayametatkramikam | citistu sakramā'kramā jñātrādyapekṣayā sakramā, madapekṣayā tvakrameti dvirūpā | iti prabuddhasya te pratītiprakārāḥ | vastutastu madvad jñātā yathā cityādicatuṣṭayānuvṛttermamākramatvam, tathā jñānajñeyānuvṛttestadubhayāpekṣayā madapekṣayā ca jñāturakramatvam | jñānaṃ śaktiriva yathā citijñātrādyapekṣayā sakramā madapekṣayā tvakrameti sthitam, tathā jñānamapi jñeyāpekṣayā sakramaṃ madapekṣayā tvakramamiti śaktiriva | tritayavad jñeyaṃ jñātāhaṃ ceti, jñānaṃ śaktiśceti, jñeyāntaraṃ ceti tritayam jñeyam etattritayavat | yathā jñātāhaṃ cetyakramau tadvadāvāmapyapekṣya jñeyamakramam | anayaiva rītyā śaktijñānāpekṣayā sakramākramam | citistūbhayāpekṣayobhayarūpeti yo bhramaḥ sa nirastaḥ, yato jñātāhaṃ ceti, jñānaṃ śaktiśceti, jñeyaṃ tritayaṃ ceti na tattvāntaram | atraitadākūtam - idaṃ vanamityādau sarvapekṣayā vanasya vanāpekṣayā tarūṇāṃ cānuvṛttireveti sarvatrābheda eva | yadā tu cūtañcampaka ityādipratītiḥ, tadā vanāpekṣayā cūtacampakayoranuvṛttiriti na bhedaḥ, paramparāpekṣayā tu vyāvṛttireveti bhedaḥ | itthaṃ prakṛte'pi prakāśāpekṣayā samaṣṭivyaṣṭyośca na bhedaḥ, parasparāpekṣayā tu yathāyogyamavasthānam | ataḥ sarvatrānuvṛttakramatvam, sakramatvaṃ dvairūpyaṃ ca vyāvṛttamiti prakāśaikātmpameva pāramārthikam, bhedastvavimarśasyaiva vilasitamiti || 33 || etadeva vivicya darśayati - pītādiṣu hi na nīlaṃ teṣvatra ca bhāti cākṣuṣaṃ jñānam | na śrautrādiṣu tadapi jñātā teṣvatra cānugataḥ || 34 || yaduktaṃ jñeyaṃ jñeyāntarāpekṣayā kramikameveti, tadudāhartumāha - pītādiṣu hi na nīlaṃ yadā hi pītamiti pratipattiḥ, na tadā nīlam | evaṃ mitho vyāvṛttarūpatvād jñeyaṃ jñeyāntarāpekṣayā kramikameva | yaccoktaṃ jñānaśaktiriva sakramākramamiti, tadupadarśayati - teṣvatra ca bhāti cākṣuṣaṃ jñānaṃ teṣu pītādiṣvatra nīle ca, na śrautrādiṣu | tadapi śrautraṃ śrāvaṇaṃ jñānaṃ, tadapi cākṣuṣam | evaṃ sakramākramatvād jñānaṃ śaktiriveti yuktam | yaccoktaṃ madvad jñāteti, tadarthamāha - jñātā teṣvatra cānugataḥ | teṣu pītanīlādiṣu cākṣuṣeṣu | atra śrautrādike | ataḥ sarvatrānuvṛttarūpatvānmadvad jñātetyapi siddham || 34 || (p. 15) yata itthamarthasvarūpanirṇayaḥ, tataḥ - jñātāraṃ māṃ jñānaṃ śaktiṃ tritayātmakaṃ punarjñeyam | avikalpaṃ bhāvayataḥ so'haṃ sā tat trayaṃ tacca || 35 || jñātāraṃ māmavikalpaṃ bhāvayataḥ so'ham uktena nayena vikalpahetorasambhavād jñātṛprakāśāvaikātmyena bhedasaṃskāropaśamādantardṛḍhapratipattyā pariśīlayatastadbhedabhramāpagamalakṣaṇā siddhirbhavati | tathā jñānaṃ śaktim avikalpaṃ bhāvayataḥ sā tad uktanayenaiva śaktijñānayorabhedabhāvanādārḍhyena tadabhedapratyabhijñānarūpā siddhiḥ | tathā ca tritayātmakaṃ punarjñeyaṃ tathā bhāvayataḥ trayaṃ tacca | vedyasya prakāśajñātṛbhyāṃ śaktijñānābhyāṃ jñeyāntareṇa saha (ca) sthito yo'yaṃ duruttaro bhedabhramaḥ, tasya samūlonmūlanarūpā siddhiḥ sadya eva | atra so'haṃ sā tat trayaṃ tacca ityeṣu triṣvapi vākyeṣu bhavatītyādikā kriyā nopāttā, api tu tādātmyasya svarūpameva niveditam | ato naitadeṣāmaikātmyaṃ sādhyam, api tu nityasiddhamevoktābhiryuktibhiḥ pratyabhijñāyata ityanusaṃhitamācāryeṇa || 35 || tatra jñātuḥ kramikatvasya nityasopādhikatvāt prakāśatādātmyaṃ nityasiddhamityupadiśati - santānāntaravāhe jñātā vyāvṛttabhāsanaḥ kramikaḥ | jīvākhyo madyogānmadvat syādakramābhāsaḥ || 36 || santānāntaravāhe nīlasaṃkalpavikalpādyekasantānasamanantaraṃ pītasaṅkalpavikalpādau santāne vahati sati vyāvṛttabhāsano jñātā kramikaḥ nīlasyāvabhāsako'smi pītasyāvabhāsako'smi iti parasparaparihārarūpeṇāvasthitagrahaṇatvād grāhakaḥ kramavān | yadā cetthaṃ kramikatā, tadaiva cāsau jīvākhyaḥ, vastutaḥ śivasya sato'sya jīva iti saṃjñā tatkālamātrameva | madyogāt tu yadetanmayi kramikatvaṃ tad vedyopādhikameva | vastutastu nīlasya pītasya cāvabhāsakatvādanuvṛttaḥ san sarvadā sarvānuvṛttaprakāśātmaka evāsmītyevaṃrūpatvānmama paraprakāśasya yogādvastuvimarśalakṣaṇāt saṃsparśāt madvat syādakramābhāsaḥ | yathā prakāśo nityamakramameva bhāsate, tathā grāhako'pi | tasyāmeva pītādigrahaṇadaśāyāṃ prakāśaikātmyenākramamevāvabhāsate | anena prabuddhasya viśvapratiyogitvaṃ yadā tadaiva śivatvam, yadā tu pratiniyatārthapratiyogitvaṃ tadā grāhakatvamiti dvairūpyānatikramād jīvatvasaṃskāraḥ sadānuvartata eveti yo'yaṃ bhramaḥ sthitaḥ, sa dūrataramutsārita uktanayena pītādigrahaṇadaśāyāmapyakramaparipūrṇaikaghanaprakāśa atmakaśaṅkarasvabhāvatvādityupadiṣṭaṃ bhavati || 36 || atha vetttratiriktatayā vedyamiti vedanamiti ca kakṣyādvayakalpanaṃ yāvatīmevāsti vimarśavandhyāṃ kālakalāṃ tāvadevāsti vedyaṃ vedanaṃ ca | vimarśe tu kṛte nobhayamapyasti prakāśabahirbhāvenetyupadiśati - (p. 16) vedyaṃ svakramaviddhāṃ vittimanupraviśadaṅgaviṣayādyam | veditari vittimukhato līnaṃ tallakṣaṇaṃ bhavati || 37 || aṅgaviṣayādyaṃ bhogāyatanabhogyādyātmakaṃ dehapītādi vedyam | svakramaviddhāṃ vittimanupraviśad arthenaiva viśeṣo'sti nirākāratayā dhiyām iti nayena yo'rtha upādhistādrūpyamāpadyamānaṃ vedanamanupraviśati, grahaṇakautukoparamādindriyavyāpāranivṛttau pītajñānaṃ mama jātamiti vedanātmatāmāpadyate | atha veditari vittimukhato līnaṃ vittimeva mukhīkṛtya vittilayasamaye viditari līyate | tathā līnaṃ sat tallakṣaṇaṃ bhavati ūrmau līnam ūrmilayamukhenābdhau budbudādīva tadekātmatāṃ vastutaḥ satīmevāvalambate | iha prakāśasyaiva śivādivastutadudayasthityāditadbhedādirūpaprapañcātmanā sphuraṇāt prakāśabahirbhūtaṃ na kiñcidupalabhyate, na copapadyate, nāpyupayujyate | atovettṛvedanādivikalpānāmūrmyādivat tadabhinnatayaiva yadunmajjanaṃ tadeva vetttrādivastu sattā tadudayādistadbhedaśca | asyārthasyaivaṃvimarśa eva śivatvam | amando vimarśaḥ prabuddhatā | avimarśastu paśutvamityupadeśaniṣkarṣaḥ || 37 || atha yathā vedakasya saḥ tvam ityādipratyayaviṣayatayā bhedamāśaṅkya parihṛtaḥ prathamo madhyamaḥ (23 ślo.) ityādinā, tathaiva vedyasyāpi smṛtyādipratyayaviṣayatayā bhedānāśaṅkya pariharati - smṛtyanubhavānusaṃhitivaśatastajjagadidaṃ tathā tadidam | svairyahamābhāsayitā bhinnaṃ cāpohanena mithaḥ || 38 || smṛtivaśāt taditi, anubhavavaśād idamiti, anusaṃhitiḥ pratyabhijñā tadvaśāt tadidamiti ca śivādi jagat svairyahamābhāsayitā svatantro'haṃ sṛjāmi | kathaṃ bhinnaṃ cāpohanena mithaḥ mitho vyāvartanena bhinnaṃ cakārādabhinnaṃ ca | so'yaṃ svairimṇo mahimā | mitho vyāvartanasyānyānyanimeṣarūpatvād bhinnatayā sṛjāmi, uktayuktibhiḥ pratyavamarśane kṛte vyāvṛttyapagamādabhinnatayā ca, vimarśasya vyāvṛttyātmakanānānimeṣagrasanaikasvabhāvatvāt | vimarśaśaithilye hi tad etad ityādi vyāvṛttarūpatodayaḥ, kṛte tu vimarśe tadādiviśeṣavigalanāt prakāśaikasāmrājyamiti bhāvaḥ || 38 || uktarītyā prakāśameva bhittitvenāśritya tadabhinnatayaiva tadetadādibhedānāmudayalayādyanabhyupagacchato bhedavādino bādhakaṃ tarkamāha - smṛtiranubhavasya bhānaṃ so'rthasya dvau sahānusandhānam | tritayamapi māṃ vinaikaṃ kramarahitaṃ na ghaṭate viduṣām || 39 || anubhavasya bhānam ayaṃ nīla ityādyarthaviṣayasya jñānasya yadetad bhānaṃ, tannilādyarthavyapekṣayā smṛtiḥ | so'rthasya sa iti smṛtimūlabhūtānubhavaḥ parāmṛśyate | arthasyetyatra bhānamityunukṛṣyate | (p. 17) arthasya bhānaṃ tvanubhava ityarthaḥ | dvau saha tāvetau smṛtyanubhavau dvāvapi dṛṣṭacarārthapratisandhānavelāyāmekapratyayatāpannau anusandhānaṃ pratyabhijñocyate | tadetad kramikaṃ tritayamapi kramarahitaṃ māmekaṃ vinā na ghaṭate sarvapramitibhājanamata evānusyūtaṃ prakāśamekamantareṇa nopapadyate | yadyakramikaḥ sarvānusandhātā prakāśo nābhyupagamyeta, tadā kramikābhimataṃ tadetadityādyapi nirbhittikaṃ citramāpadyetetyarthaḥ || 39 || yata ittham, ataḥ - astamitamarthajātaṃ bhātvā bhinnamiva ruddhatadbhānam | madbhānaikātmyena srota ivābdhau sthitaṃ hi mayi || 40 || arthajātaṃ bhinnamiva bhātvā vastuto bhedāsambhavād idaṃnīlajñānasyāpyupaśamāvasare nīlamastamitamiti ca bhānaṃ ruṇaddhi prakāśasyāntaravamajjayati | tathābhūtaṃ tu madbhānaikātmyena vartate | athārthajātamapi prakāśātmakameva prānte bhavatīti bhāvaḥ || 40 || iti śrīvirūpākṣapañcāśikāyāṃ vivṛtisametāyāṃ vimarśaskandhastṛtīyaḥ || atha caturthaḥ skandhaḥ atha caturtho vibhūtiskandha ārambhaṇīyaḥ | tatra vibhūtyāvirbhāvāṅgatvenāprabuddhādīnāṃ pratītiprakāraḥ prathamaṃ nirūpyate matsthamapi ityādi ślokacatuṣkeṇa | tatrāprabuddhaḥ, prabuddhakalpaḥ, prabuddhaḥ, suprabuddhakalpaḥ, suprabuddha iti pañca pramātāraḥ | teṣu yasya yādṛśī pratītiḥ, tāṃ vibhajya darśayati - matsthamapi bhuvanavṛndaṃ bahiriva mad bhāti māyayā bhavinām | atha vidyayā bhaved bhavapadināmantarbahiṣṭvena || 41 || matsthamapi uktanyāyena prakāśātmatayā madbhittilagnamapi bhuvanavṛndam anāśritādikālāgnyantaṃ bhuvanamaṇḍalaṃ bhavināṃ bahiriva mad bhāti | bhavo bhedapratipattiḥ, tadvatāṃ sāṃkhyādisiddhāntānām | tatra hetuḥ māyayā abhinne vastuni bhinnapratītyātmikayā māyayā | bhavapadināṃ tu yeṣāṃ bhavo nāsti tatsaṃskārarūpaṃ tu bhavāspadamasti te bhavapadino vidyāpramātāraḥ samprajñātasamādherarvākparvapraviṣṭāśca, teṣām antarbahiṣṭvena bhaved antaḥsaṅkalpādirūpatayā bhinnamivābhāti | tatra hetuḥ - vidyayeti śuddhayā || 41 || athānayoryasya bahirbhāti, so'tra saṃvidupadeśe yogyaḥ paśurityāha - grāhakamevaṃ tvajaḍaṃ jaḍamanyad grāhyamasya yo manute | māyāvimohitātmā bodhyaḥ so'ṇurbhavī sadbhiḥ || 42 || grāhakam ajaḍaṃ cidātmakam, grāhyaṃ jaḍamacidātmakam, anyacca manute yaḥ sa māyāvimohitātmā yeyaṃ grāhyābhimate vastuni jaḍatvenānyatvena ca pratītiḥ, saiva māyā, tayā vimohitātmā apratyabhijñātasvarūpaḥ, ata eva bhavī sadbhirbodhyo'nuḥ pratyabhijñātasvarūpairgurubhirupadeśyaḥ paśuḥ, yadāgamaḥ - anyatantreṣu ye muktā dharmādharmakṣayānnarāḥ | te'tra rudrāṇavaḥ proktāḥ kālakarmavivarjitāḥ || iti | anena tārkikamīmāṃsakādīnāmapratyabhijñātacetyaviviktacit- svarūpāṇāṃ sacchāstropadeśe naivādhikāra ityupadiṣṭaṃ bhavati | teṣu saṃvitsiddhāntaprakāśane pratyavāyaśrutiśca - anyāyāt kathanaṃ kurvannakāle mṛtyumāpnuyād | iti | ataḥ paśuṣu saṃvitsiddhāntārtho gopanīya iti śivājñā sarvathā nollaṅghanīyaiva || 42 || evamaprabuddhasya prabuddhakalpasya ca pratītiprakāro vivicya darśitaḥ | yastu prabuddhaḥ, tasyedānīṃ vivecayati - (p. 19) jaḍatātmikāmidantāmathājaḍatvātmikāmahantāṃ ca | sāmānādhikaraṇyādidamahamiti budhyate dvipadī || 43 || dvipadī bhavodbhavobhayasaṃskāravaśāt bhedābhedadaśāvasthito jaḍatātmikāmidantām idamiti pratīyamānaṃ jaḍaṃ vastu athājaḍatvātmikāmahantāṃ ca ajaḍamiti pratīyamānamahaṃvastu ca sāmānādhikaraṇyād abhedāropaṇena bhedāṃśamavamajjayan idamahamiti budhyate svaśarīrakalpatayā dvairūpyeṇa paśyati | seyamīśvaradaśā || 43 || atha yaḥ suprabuddhakalpo yaśca suprabuddhaḥ, tayoḥ pratītiprakāraṃ vivecayati - udbhavināṃ kevalayā nimagnamantaḥpade dṛśā bhāti | magnonmagnobhayavidhamunmanayā mayi punaḥ pūrṇe || 44 || abhedapratipattilakṣaṇaṃ kaivalyamudbhavaḥ | tadvatām antaḥpade ahamātmake svarūpe nimagnaṃ bhāti idampratītiviṣayaṃ vedyaṃ nimiṣitaṃ pratīyate | kena hetunā dṛśā vimarśaśaktyā | iyamahantācchāditāsphuṭedantāmayī sadāśivadaśā | ataḥ suprabuddhe ata eva pūrṇe mayi prakāśe magnonmagnobhayavidhaṃ nimiṣitatvenonmiṣitatvena ca dvirūpaṃ pratīyate | yathā hi jaladhau taraṅgādi nimiṣadunmiṣacca bhavati, sarvasyāmeva daśāyāṃ jaladhireva tat, tathā śivādi viśvaṃ madātmakameva sadunmiṣati, madvyatiriktaṃ ca mayyeva nimiṣatīti | evaṃ vastuyāthātmyapratyabhijñāne hetuḥ, unmanayā svasvarūpāvasthitirevonmanā, yadāgamaḥ - unmanā sā tu vijñeyā mano yatra na vidyate | iti || 44 || evamupadiṣṭaṃ pratītikramaṃ paryālocayato yadonmanayā pūrṇatvasiddhiravicalā, tadā sa yogī siddhaḥ suprabuddha ucyate | tasyecchāmātreṇābhimatānāṃ vibhūtīnāmāvirbhāvo bhavatītyāha ślokāṣṭakena | tatrāparasiddhyāvirbhāvaprakāraṃ prapañcayati - ravisomataḍidvajrāmbudavāḍavajaladhigiriguhāraṇyaiḥ | dṛḍhabhāvitātmabhāvairyogī tatkarma nirvahati || 45 || vajraṃ dambholiḥ | dṛḍhabhāvitātmabhāvaiḥ dṛḍhamātmatvena bhāvitaiḥ ravyādibhiḥ yogī tat karma nirvahati ravyādiṣvartheṣu yadyajjagatprakāśanādi karma tattannityasiddhaṃ sadeva pratyabhijñānadārḍhyād arthakriyākāritālakṣaṇaṃ nirvāhaṃ nayatītyarthaḥ | atraitadākūtam - uktanayena ravyādyartharūpeṇa svayamevāvatiṣṭhate, vimarśadaurbalyena tu vibhinna iva sthitaḥ | prabalena vimarśena bhedabhramasaṃskārāpagame viśvātmakasya sataḥ sarvā eva siddhayo nityasiddhā eva pratyabhijñānadārḍhyādarthakriyākāriṇyo bhavantīti sarvatraiva sisādhayiṣuṇā viśvātmakaparipūrṇaparaprakāśātmakasvasvarūpādavicalatai va ravyādyātmakatvabhāvanā sarvātmakatvabhāvanāśeṣatāṃ netavyeti śrīguravaḥ || 45 || (p. 20) yā devatā yamarthaṃ karoti tenārthino dṛḍhaṃ tasyām | vidhṛtāhaṅkārasya kṣaṇena so'rthaḥ samāyāti || 46 || yā devatāsti loke herambabhāratīhariharādikā, sā yaṃ yamarthaṃ karoti pratyūhadhvaṃsavākpravartanapālanasaṃharaṇādikaṃ kāryaṃ niṣpādayati, tenārthinaḥ tena prayojanavataḥ tamarthaṃ sisādhayiṣorityarthaḥ | tasyāṃ dṛḍhaṃ vidhṛtāhaṅkārasya tasyāmavicalatvenaikātmyamanusandadhato yoginaḥ kṣaṇena so'rthaḥ samāyāti so'rtho nirvilambaṃ siddhyati || 46 || atha tatra siddhīrāha - dhāraṇasaṃgrahapākavyūhāpratighātalakṣaṇairbhūtaiḥ | svasvaniviṣṭāhantairyogina iṣṭā kriyā bhavati || 47 || dhāraṇalakṣaṇaṃ bhūtaṃ pṛthivī | saṃgrahalakṣaṇamāpaḥ | pākalakṣaṇaṃ tejaḥ | vyūho'vayavasaṃhananam, tallakṣaṇaṃ vāyuḥ | apratighāto'vyāhataprasaratvam, tallakṣaṇamākāśaḥ | etaiḥ pañcabhirbhūtaiḥ pratisvaṃ dṛḍhamātmatvenānusaṃhitaiḥ yogina iṣṭā kriyā bhavati sisādhayiṣitadhāraṇādikarmasiddhirbhavati || 47 || iti tanmātrākarmajñānendriyamānasāsmitādhīṣu | avyakte puṃsi tathā dhṛtacitiśaktiśca tatkarmā || 48 || asmitāhaṅkāraḥ | eteṣu tanmātrādiṣumanteṣu tattveṣu iti dhṛticitiśaktiḥ uktenaiva nayena vidhṛtāhaṅkāraḥ | sa ca tatkarmā tattatkarmasiddhimān bhavati || 48 || rāganiyatyoḥ kāle vidyākalayorguhāsarasvatyoḥ | īśasadāśivaśaktiṣu śive ca tadvat kṛtāhantaḥ || 49 || guhā māyā | sarasvatī śuddhavidyā | tadvaditi tatkarmetyanukṛṣyate || 49 || prasaṅgācchukādīnāṃ siddhayaḥ kṣodīyasya ityāha - śukavāmadevayorapi kṛṣṇadadhīcyostathā ca vainyasya | bhūtātmayogajaṃ khalvārṣe vaiśvātmyamākhyātam || 50 || bhūtātmayogajaṃ pañcabhūtadhāraṇodbhavam | vaiśvātmyaṃ bhūtapañcakātmaprapañcarūpam | ārṣe itihāsādau śāstre | uktāsvetāsu siddhiṣu guhāsiddhyantā aparāḥ, anyāḥ pañca parāḥ sārasvatyādisiddhayaḥ || 50 || athedānīṃ sarvasiddhimūrdhanyaṃ siddhidvayaṃ ślokābhyāmāha - kālāgnikoṭidīptāṃ dāhe pāśoccayasya paṭu tṛptau | amṛtaughavṛṣṭimūrtiṃ smara śaktiṃ bhava gururjagataḥ || 51 || (p. 21) kālāgnikoṭidīptāṃ pralayaprabuddhakālāgnikoṭivat sarvādhvanirdāhakṣamānavacchinnajvālājālarūpatayā dīpyamānām | pāśoccayasya dāhe śaktiṃ paṭu smara ṣaḍadhvalakṣaṇasya pāśasya dāharūpāyāṃ śuddhau citiṃ nirargalamanusandhehi | tṛptau amṛtaughavṛṣṭimūrtim āplāvanalakṣaṇāyāṃ tu śuddhau tadvadeva sarvādhvakramaṇakṣamānavacchinnasudhāsamudrasahasrasampa ata-mayīṃ paṭu smara | atra dāhāplāvanābhyāṃ sakalīkaraṇamapyupalakṣyate, yaduktamācāryapravaraiḥ - kālāgnikoṭirucimamba ! ṣaḍadhvaśuddhā - vāplāvaneṣu bhavatīmamṛtaughavṛṣṭim | śyāmāṃ ghanastananatāṃ sakalīkṛtau ca dhyāyanta eva jagatāṃ guravo bhavanti || iti | ata iṣṭadevatāmūrtyātmakasaṅkalpakoṭimayatvena viśvānucintanalakṣaṇaṃ sakalīkaraṇamapyupadiṣṭaṃ mantavyam | bhava gururjagato yāvato'dhvanaḥ śuddhiḥ kṛtā, tāvato niśśeṣasyaiva jagato'nugrahītṛtayā gururācāryapravaro bhūyāḥ | atraitadākūtam - yadetacchodhanaṃ kriyate na tadasya dehātmakatayā saṃkṣiptasya ṣaḍadhvasaṃghātasya, api tu sarvasyaiva, uktanayena sarvasyaivācāryāderviśvaśarīratvāt | na hyetadācāryāditvaṃ yat pratiniyatadehena dehitvam | ato viśvaśarīreṇa satā viśvasyaiva śuddhiḥ kāryeti śāstropapāditayuktikrameṇa prakāśaikātmyamasya viśvasya paśyato yat svarūpāvasthānaṃ sa sarvasyaivādhvano dāhaḥ | tadeva ca prakāśaikātmyaṃ vimṛśyamānaṃ ciccamatkārātmakamāplāvanam | prakāśasya vimarśaikaghanatāpratyabhijñānadārḍhyāt parānandāvirbhāvaḥ sakalīkaraṇam iti śrīmadyogīśvarācāryapādāḥ || 51 || evaṃ gurulābharūpāṃ parāmādyāṃ siddhimupadiśya dvitīyāmapyupadiśati - khyātimapūrṇāṃ pūrṇakhyātisamāveśadārḍhyataḥ kṣapaya | sṛja bhuvanāni yathecchaṃ sthāpaya hara tiraya bhāsaya ca || 52 || sārastavāyaṃ sarvopadeśaniṣkarṣaḥ | apūrṇā pūrṇā ceti khyātidvayamevāsti, na vastvanyat | tatra pūrṇakhyātiṃ vastubhūtāṃ sudṛḍhamavaṣṭabhya kādācitkatvādavastubhūtāmapūrṇāṃ khyātiṃ kṣapaya pratikṣaṇamanusandhānadārḍhyādunmūlaya | tathā kṣapayan sṛja bhuvanāni yathecchaṃ sthāpaya hara tiraya bhāsaya ca | tathāvasthitasya te ye svasvarūpāvārakatayā sammatā padārthānāmābhāsanaśaktyādayo vikalpāḥ, ta eva te jagatsṛṣṭyādirūpatayā pratyabhijñātāḥ sarvasiddhisamaṣṭyātmakaṃ pāramaiśvaryamāviṣkariṣyanti | ata evaṃ svarūpe nityamavatiṣṭhasvetyupadeśasarvasvam | atra ravisoma ityādiṣu śivāntāsu vibhūtiṣu tatkarma nirvahati ityādinā tāṭasthyaprakāśanāt smaraśaktiṃ bhava gururjagataḥ iti, apūrṇakhyātiṃ kṣapaya bhuvanāni sṛja iti ca sādaramupadeśācca pakṣapātaḥ pratyāyyate | (p. 22) ata evaṃ pratyabhijñātasvarūpeṇa siddhyantarasyābhāsabhūtatvāt tadabhiniveśo na kāryaḥ | agre tu siddhidvaye nityapratyavamarśābhiniveśinā bhavitavyamityanakṣaramupadiśyata iti śivam || 52 || atha śāstramupasaṃharannāha - iti bodhitaḥ sa indro deveṣvadhikāramalamapohya svam | āviṣṭaśaktitattvaḥ śivavadapaśyat svamātmānam || 53 || iti prathamaskandhena śarīrabāhyābhimate śivādivastuni śarīratāṃ sopapattikaṃ pratyabhijñāpya atha viśvaśarīratvaśuddhau dvitīyaskandhena śarīratvena pratiyogibhūtasya sataḥ svasvāmibhāvalakṣaṇaṃ bhedabhramamapanetuṃ viśvasya prakāśaikaghanatvamupapatībhiḥ sthirīkṛtya tathā sthirībhūtasya vaiśvātmyasya viparītabhāvanādibhirdoṣairdaurbalyaṃ mā bhūditi tṛtīyaskandhena vividhān vaiśvātmyavimarśanaprakārānupadiśya caturthena skandhena siddhyāvirbhāvaṃ jagadgurutvaśivatvayormahāsiddhyornityasiddhatvapratyabhijñā na-lakṣaṇāṃ mahāsiddhiṃ cāvicalāmuktvā bodhito vastuyāthātmyaṃ samyakpratyabhijñāpitaḥ sa indraḥ svaṃ deveṣvadhikāramalamapohya svargasyāhamadhipatiriti parasvarūpasaṃkocalakṣaṇaṃ paśutvamavadhūya svātmānaṃ śivavadapaśyat śivo bodhakatvena purovasthitāḥ śrīmadācāryavirūpākṣanāthapādāḥ, evaṃ bodhitasya tasya guruvyatirekeṇa śivāntarāsambhavāt tadvadapaśyat | na tadānayorbodhyabodhakayorjñāne tāratamyakalā kācit, api tu jagato'sya guruḥ sākṣāt parameśvara evāsmi iti niṣpratyavāyaṃ pratyapadyateti śivam || 53 || iti śrīvirūpākṣapañcāśikāyāṃ mahāmāheśvaravidyācakravartikṛtavivṛtisametāyāṃ vibhūtiskandhaścaturthaḥ || svarūpapratyabhijñānamanāyāsena lipsubhiḥ | pañcāśikāsuviśadā vṛttireṣā niṣevyatām || kṛteyaṃ vivṛtirladhvī śrīvidyācakravartinā | govindacandradhīnāmni nikaṣe viniveśitā || namaḥ śivāya gurave devāyānandamūrtaye | parabrahmasvarūpāya devadevāya śambhave || || samāptaścāyaṃ granthaḥ || ########### END OF FILE #######
